Unless otherwise specified in the fare terms and conditions, standard revision is free of charge. Only 3 days prior to the flight, customers only have to pay the price difference between the new and original ticket, in addition to the service fee to book a new ticket. The deadline for modifying tickets is 48 hours before the bus departs

Standard cancellation policy
Unless otherwise specified in the fare terms and conditions, we will refund 80% of the total price for the canceled ticket. Our service fee is non-refundable. The deadline for ticket cancellation is 5 days before the bus departs

Tickets booked at savings and non-flexible rates cannot be cancelled
If you have booked a refundable ticket (regular and flexible fares), please cancel it directly with us. This will ensure that your refund is processed efficiently and in a timely manner. However, please note that refunds are processed by card issuers and banks from 7 to 14 working days in case of online booking and online payment.
Return tickets from Saudi Arabia

There is no refund for missed buses
We will not issue a refund for missed buses. Please ensure that you arrive at the correct bus stop and that you have sufficient time to board the bus. It is solely your responsibility to locate the correct platform and to get to your bus in time to board. Please ensure you have all the travel documents required for your trip, including passports, visas and e-tickets.
