It is an independent national company for booking bus tickets and Umrah programs via the Internet. Easygoo collaborates with some of the best travel companies in the UAE and Saudi Arabia and we offer you the most convenient way to book tickets and Umrah packages online.

Booking policies

Easygoo accepts reservations up to a month in advance. When electronic tickets are available, they will be issued within a few hours of booking (but please allow up to 1 business day).

In most cases, and whenever possible, we will assign seats in your name for your convenience while travelling. Each bus carrier has different rules and procedures for when seats can be allocated, but in any circumstances we will proceed as soon as possible and notify you when finished. If Easygoo changes its rules, affecting the expected date when seats are allocated to you, we will promptly notify you of such delay.

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that Easygoo travel information, online booking and ticketing services are only provided by Easygoo and is only responsible for selling tickets and providing transportation but not for the services provided by our agent tour operators and the final price paid by the Customer is for the full package and includes At a margin/bonus in addition to the original ticket price. Our fare includes everything from the ticket itself to seat reservation fees and excludes credit card fees, exchange fees and ticket service fees.

Modification policies

The terms and conditions for the modification depend on the rate type chosen by the customer when booking. For example, flexible and regular fares allow modification of tickets, while saving and non-flexible fares do not.

standard adjustment policy

Unless otherwise specified in the fare terms and conditions, standard revision is free of charge. Only 3 days prior to the flight, customers only have to pay the price difference between the new and original ticket, in addition to the service fee to book a new ticket. The deadline for modifying tickets is 48 hours before the bus departs

The processing time for ticket modifications is one business day, minimum

Amendment requests after the deadline can only be processed with the approval of Easygoo

How to amend your ticket if you miss the bus

Go to Easygoo headquarters or call us at 00971526060829 and the bus drivers will be contacted to bring the distance between you and the bus closer in a period of not less than 20 minutes.

Cancellation policies

Cancellation terms and conditions depend on the rate type chosen by the customer when booking. For example, flexible and regular fares allow ticket cancellations of at least 5 days, while saving and non-flexible fares do not.

Standard cancellation policy

Unless otherwise specified in the fare terms and conditions, we will refund 80% of the total price for the canceled ticket. Our service fee is non-refundable. The deadline for ticket cancellation is 5 days before the bus departs

The processing time for ticket cancellation is one business day.

Tickets booked at savings and non-flexible rates cannot be cancelled

If you have booked a refundable ticket (regular and flexible fares), please cancel it directly with us. This will ensure that your refund is processed efficiently and in a timely manner. However, please note that refunds are processed by card issuers and banks from 7 to 14 working days in case of online booking and online payment.

Return tickets from Saudi Arabia

We recommend that you cancel your tickets with us directly to ensure that your refund is processed efficiently and in a timely manner. If you are unable to contact us directly and return your tickets at the station, we will have to wait for a refund from the payment company to be able to refund you. This process may take up to an additional 4 weeks. Furthermore, you may incur additional Easygoo cancellation fees for cancellation

There is no refund for missed buses

We will not issue a refund for missed buses. Please ensure that you arrive at the correct bus stop and that you have sufficient time to board the bus. It is solely your responsibility to locate the correct platform and to get to your bus in time to board. Please ensure you have all the travel documents required for your trip, including passports, visas and e-tickets.
